Sara Thompson works with leaders who want to harness their courage and strengths to make the workplace more humane. She has worked with leaders in many different sectors from not-for-profit to high tech to broadcasting and is a firm believer that when leaders recognize their strengths and act authentically, positive change will occur. Since making change takes courage and the ability to see new and different perspectives, Sara calls herself a “rebellious leader”. Sara is a two time winner of the Prism Award for Leadership Excellence through coaching in large organizations, and a finalist for the 2007 Canadian Coach of the Year.

Elaine has a strong appreciation for the challenges of today’s leaders and is passionate about supporting leaders and organizations in uncovering their courage, confidence and conviction to create sustained positive change and impact. A seasoned corporate leader with over 20 years experience in large multi-national consumer packaged goods companies, Elaine has experience in senior executive leadership roles in marketing and general management. Elaine is an Adler Certified Professional Coach, an Associate Certified Coach and is dedicated to facilitating and coaching leaders and teams to high performance.
