Positive Change: Leader as Coach
2 Day Training Program:
The training program is conducted by two facilitators: Sara Thompson and Elaine Maxwell. You will receive an 80 page comprehensive workbook that will detail the context, process, concepts, tools and exercises discussed and experienced through the two days. This book will be an invaluable resource to you after the training.
Day One: Establish the coaching mindset and context, introduce the coaching model and process, explore key coaching competencies
Day Two: Explore core coaching tools and techniques, practice application through case studies and practice coaching, application of coaching concepts to your organizational context.
Follow-up 1/2 Day Session:
The 2 day training will be followed by a 1/2 day session a few months later to reinforce learning and share successes and challenges with other participants.
Optional training for your staff:
Prepare your staff for coaching conversations with you or your managers and leaders with this 3 hour training module. Additional fee required.
